CFRC is the core of the Christian worldview as the basis of Christian educational philosophy. A Christian worldview is a way of looking at things, a frame of mind, a direction of thought or a paradigm that is based on the Christian faith. Christian Worldview equips believers to realize God’s sovereignty in human life. Christian Worldview is a medium for integration between faith and all aspects of human life.

CREATION

God is the Creator of heaven and earth and everything in them (Genesis 1:1). Recognition of God as Creator is an important point in underlying all human thought and existence in seeing the entire world order created by God. God creates from nothing ( creatio ex nihilo ) into existence. Allah created everything and everything created is truly very good. God gave humans the mandate to manage all creation (Genesis 1:28).

FALL

The fall of the first humans into sin by violating God’s commandments had significant consequences for all living creatures, not just humans. The Bible clearly says that violation of God’s commandments makes people “blind” or “deaf” their hearts are dark and their minds are blind so they cannot see the glory of God (2 Cor 4:4; Eph 4:18). So it can be concluded that the impact of sin touches the entire creation so that nothing created is untouched by the destructive impact of the fall of humans into sin, including human rationality.

REDEMPTION

Christ’s atonement on the cross had a cosmic impact, namely restoring the entire order of creation. God not only redeems human souls, He redeems the entire integrity of human life. Repentance gives a new direction to thoughts, emotions, will and behavior. Christ’s redemption gives a new human status (2 Cor 5:17) and gives humans a new heart and a new spirit (Ezekiel 36:26).

CONSUMPTION

Consummation is the awareness of human interdependence with the world created by God. This awareness of interdependence is related to a new status where Christ’s redemption has renewed the human heart and mind so that they are able to correctly see the reality of God’s creation in accordance with the purpose and purpose of God’s creation. This consumption is a call for every person of God to live a life that glorifies God by being a blessing to others.

CURRICULUM

Kalam Kudus Christian Junior High School Medan is a private school that follows the national curriculum, with its curriculum content aligned with the National Curriculum 2013. As of July 2022, Kalam Kudus Christian Junior High School Medan has begun adopting the Merdeka Curriculum, which is implemented in the 7th grade.

Mandarin Language

One of its strengths is the Mandarin language subject, which is a distinctive feature of the foundation. Mandarin language lessons serve as an added value developed by the school to ensure that graduates have a more global perspective and are beneficial to the world.

English (Pearson)

The use of learning materials from Pearson elevates English language education in this school to an international standard. The scope of the learning materials becomes broader, incorporating digital/installed exercises in teaching, and the availability of video materials and recordings from native speakers ensures that graduates are more proficient in English.
